Do experiences expire?
Paid experiences stay in your account forever. You can replay them, archive the photos, or use them as a template.
How do players sign in?
They can sign in with email or Google, or play as a guest with just the activation code. We recommend signing in so the memory archive stays with them.
Can I edit a step after I send the code?
You can edit any step that hasn't been unlocked yet. Completed steps are frozen so the memory matches what happened.
What if they get stuck?
Every step has an optional hint they can reveal. You can also manually trigger the next step from the dashboard.
Is there a refund policy?
If an experience hasn't been activated yet, write to us and we'll refund it. Once it's been played, it's a memory — we don't refund those.
